Exchange your voucher at the ticket office at Kärntner Straße 51, 1010 Vienna, or directly at the "Musikverein Wien" in the main foyer. Ticket collection starts one hour before the concert. The venue opens 60 minutes, and the hall opens 30 minutes prior to the concert's start.
