What Do I Need to Know Before Booking?
Depending on the booking volume, a deposit is required after the order has been placed. The final payment is usually required between 4 and 8 weeks prior to arrival. The details depend on the type of incentive booked.
If you wish, we can take care of the entire supporting program in Vienna. Of course, this also includes appropriate conference rooms, meeting rooms and training rooms.
From a 4-star hotel, an upgrade for the group leader is usually possible. 3 star hotels usually only have one room category. An upgrade is therefore only an option in hotels with corresponding rooms. We'll be happy to take care of it.
We are happy to set up a reception area for events at the entrance to the location or in the lobby. The mediation of reception staff, hostesses and catering is possible. Not every hotel responds to these special requests. We are happy to select a suitable incentive location for this.
If a short-term cancellation is necessary, we will ensure that the cancellation invoice is as small as possible. The details always depend on the conditions of the already reserved hotel rooms, conference rooms and the rest of the supporting program.
We are happy to send hotel confirmations in time for the consulate to apply for visas.
